Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage paid marketing campaigns across search engines, social media, display networks, and other digital platforms.
  • Optimize performance marketing strategies to drive conversions, improve customer retention, and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting to enhance campaign performance.
  • Analyze campaign data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage budgets across multiple platforms, ensuring optimal allocation of marketing spend.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to align messaging with campaign objectives.
  • Implement audience segmentation strategies to enhance targeting and personalization.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or growth marketing.
  • Proficiency in paid media platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data visualization tools.
