You can set up your hiring pipeline stages for each job within the ATS. Go to ATS and then select the job. In the job, you can create and edit hiring stages as per your hiring process and move candidates from one stage to another.

What happens if a candidate misses the screening call from the AI agent?
All the AI calls are run a minimum of two (2) times. If the candidate misses the call, the AI will call them again. Alternatively if the candidate picks and reschedules the call, AI will run the call gain.
