Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients by understanding their business objectives and aligning our solutions accordingly.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client communication, ensuring clear, consistent, and professional interactions.
  • Monitor account performance, address client concerns promptly, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions and improvements.
  • Schedule regular strategic review meetings to assess performance, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for value enhancement.
  • Work closely with sales, product, and service delivery teams to ensure a seamless client experience across touchpoints.
  • Analyze client trends, report insights, and recommend strategies for upselling or renewing contracts.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by delivering on promises, resolving issues effectively, and maintaining a strong presence.
  • Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of client interactions, feedback, and account developments using CRM tools.

Requirements:

  • 3 – 6 years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably in B2B or service-based industries
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM systems like Salesforce or Zoho
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts with a solution-oriented mindset
