We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee all aspects of our hotel’s day-to-day operations. This role involves managing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, optimizing profitability, and maintaining high service standards. The ideal candidate is a people-oriented leader with a strong background in hospitality management, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage hotel operations including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance, and guest services.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
  • Monitor daily business performance, occupancy rates, revenue, and guest feedback.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise hotel staff to ensure consistent performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive reputation.
  • Oversee budgets, cost controls, and financial reports; work closely with accounting to manage hotel expenses and revenues.
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to drive bookings, promotions, and brand awareness.
  • Build partnerships with local vendors and service providers to enhance guest offerings.
  • Conduct regular audits to maintain the quality and integrity of hotel services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in hotel operations or hospitality management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of hotel management systems and PMS software (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds).
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, staff, and guest relations effectively.
  • Flexible, resourceful, and calm under pressure.
