How to Perform Candidate Matching on Optymatch?

Candidate matching is the third step in the Optymatch workflow, after adding candidates to the Talent Pool and adding them to a job.

• Once candidates are added to a job, they appear in the job's candidate list
• Select the candidates you want to match
• Click "Save and Match"
• Optymatch will generate and display a match score for each candidate against the job

 Only candidates added to a specific job will appear in that job's matching view. All candidates remain visible in the Talent Pool.
