How Do I Submit Candidates to Clients or Team Members?
Optymatch makes it easy to share shortlisted candidates with clients, hiring managers, and other stakeholders directly from the ATS.
Optymatch makes it easy to share shortlisted candidates with clients, hiring managers, and other stakeholders directly from the ATS.
To submit candidates:
- Go to the ATS and open the relevant job.
- Click Submit Candidates.
- Select the candidates you want to share.
- Choose how you want to share them:
- Online Candidate List – generates a shareable link that can be sent to clients or hiring managers.
- Email Submission – sends candidate profiles and resumes directly via email.
- Add recipients and any additional stakeholders if required.
- Include supporting documents such as portfolios, certificates, Aadhaar, PAN, or other relevant files.
- Send the submission.
You can also choose which candidate information and documents are visible before sharing.
Use the Online Candidate List option when sharing multiple candidates, as it provides clients with a clean and organized view of all shortlisted profiles in one place.
