What Are Candidate Folders and How Do I Use Them?

Candidate folders help you organise your Talent Pool by grouping candidates based on their skill set or job function (e.g., Business Development, Digital Marketing, Content).

There are 2 ways folders are created:

• AI-generated folders: When resumes are uploaded to the Talent Pool, Optymatch AI automatically creates folders and places each candidate in the relevant one based on their profile
• Manually created folders: You can also create your own folders at any time by clicking the + icon in the Talent Pool and naming them as needed

💡 Folders make it faster to find the right candidates when a new role opens. Instead of searching from scratch, you go straight to the relevant folder.
