What Is the Mailbox Feature and How Do I Use It?

The Mailbox feature connects your email (Outlook or Gmail) directly to Optymatch, so you can manage candidate communication without leaving the platform.

Here is what you can do with it:

• Schedule interviews: Select the candidate, choose the panel, add details, and an interview invite is sent automatically with a Google Meet or Teams link; it syncs to your calendar
• Share candidate profiles for review: Send a profile link to a hiring manager or stakeholder via email directly from the ATS so they can review and give feedback
• Send emails to yourself: Flag or forward candidate details to your own inbox for reference

The Mailbox keeps all hiring communication centralised inside Optymatch; no switching between tools.
